    Applications for the Fogo Fátuo catering area

    Until 8 June, food and/or beverage operators registered as food trucks can apply for a space at the Fogo Fátuo event, which will take place on 4 July in the Crystal Palace Gardens.

    Organised by the Galeria Municipal do Porto, Fogo Fátuo is a day dedicated to art in motion, featuring various performances, concerts and installations by artists from different regions.

    In this context, the aim is to facilitate the sale of food and drink by organisations, preferably based in the municipality of Porto, offering catering / food and drink items, whether prepared on-site or not (namely street food, sandwiches, hot dogs, pork sandwiches, vegan food options, traditional sweets, artisan ice cream, fruit options, water, juices, beer and wine).

    All interested parties must submit their application by 5.00 pm on 8 June, using the registration form available on the Ágora website, where all necessary documents and information can also be found. The selection criteria are: the suitability of the activity/product within the context of the performance programme; a diverse range of offerings, including vegan options; the ecological and environmental sustainability of the proposed products and/or their marketing; and the presentation in terms of image.
